PLEASE READ OUR TERMS
Please read these terms and conditions carefully. These terms and conditions may change at any time with or without notice and are effective immediately upon being posted. We reserve the right to cancel products or services to any customer for any reason at any time. The customer's sole remedy in such cases will be the refund of any funds that we have collected in reference to the cancelled products. Please be aware that our pricing may also change and will apply only to those transactions received after new pricing is posted. All special offers, discounts or promotions will apply only to those transactions received after the discount or promotions are posted. 

STOCK ITEMS 
Your item may be in stock call for more info. Allow 5-10 days for transit time on in stock items.

SHIPPING POLICY
 Ships FREE w/in the continental USA.  To obtain a shipping rate on large orders please call or email with the items you are interested in and a ship to address. All International Sales Final,Non-Cancelable, Non-Returnable. Customer is responsible for Duties & Taxes. Shipping and delivery estimates are good faith estimates only and may change at anytime. Orange22 will not be liable for any loss, damage, cost or expenses related to any delay in shipment or delivery. Before accepting any deliveries inspect packaging for damages due to freight. If the item is visibly damaged Do Not Accept It.


EXPEDITED SHIPPING RATES
Need your item fast? If your item is in stock you may pay additional to have it expedited. Rates vary. Please Call. 

ORDER CANCELLATION
If for any reason, you need to cancel an order, change the shipping address or change the item in an order please call or email us within 24hrs. Generally, we can not cancel an order once submitted to our factory. If you do not cancel your order on time, you will need to return the item. Please see our return policy. 

RETURNS 
All returns require an RMA Number for processing. Do not send any packages without this number, we won't accept the package and your return will be automatically denied, customer will be responsible to retrieve damage item and shipping fees. "Made To Order Items" -  A standard 50% restocking fees apply to all returns. "In-Stock items" -
All returns that are unopened or approved for refund by our admin team will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Shipping fees will not be reimbursed. Customer is responsible for return shipping fees. We cannot accept returns on products that have been customized (color, finish or graphic) this includes custom colors within the same collection. All items must be returned in their original packaging, packed in the same manner as received, this includes any tags, instructions and inserts. Items without original packaging or improperly packed will not be accepted. Please allow 2-4 weeks for credit to be issued on approved returns minus any deductions. 

DAMAGED ITEMS
Items are carefully design, custom made and hand packaged to withstand the rigors of travel, manufacturing defects are rare but sometimes damage does occur en route. Please inspect your purchase immediately upon receipt, if there is any damage or product is defective please contact us within 24 hrs of purchase via email at: orders(at)orange22(dot)com 

VERY IMPORTANT! 
Once the carrier leaves the location of delivery, we cannot be held responsible for damage due to shipping, please inspect packaging carefully prior to carrier leaving the delivery location. If the item is damaged due to shipping and the carrier left the location, the customer will have to file a claim directly with the carrier, please contact us with instructions. All shipments are insured. 

PROCESS A CLAIM
In order for us to process the claim, please send us: as least three digital photos, including photos of the box that the item shipped in and all product damage. Make sure to keep all of the original packaging materials, we accept returns and claims for products ONLY IF THEY ARE returned to us in their ORIGINAL PACKAGING complete with tags, instructions and inserts. Customer is responsible for shipping the item to us for inspection, this fee will be reimbursed to the customer once the item is inspected and the return for damage is authorized (1-2 weeks). Please do not return any packages without obtaining a RMA number. All packages sent to us without first receiving authorization will not be accepted and the customer will be responsible for covering shipping costs to retrieve the item. 

EXCHANGES
We do not accept exchanges.
